Adventis Energy Fund is a privately held fund, under development, for the purpose of identifying, investing in and providing an attractive yield rate for renewable power projects. The goal of the fund is to enable the fast track implementation of renewable energy projects with reasonable yield rates.

The strategy of the Fund is to identify early stage opportunities and foster new initiatives with supportive investment. The goal will be to accelerate growth for established renewable power technologies that have already been proven either domestically or on an international basis.

The target contributors to the Fund are selected international companies with expertise in the renewable energy field. The participants will contribute more than capital alone; target participants will play strategic roles in the Fund’s growth either through board level advisory services or through advisory consulting arrangements for investee companies.

The focus of the Fund is the Canadian market.
